Family sweet-making workshop in Ginza

We are holding a "sweet-making workshop" event for elementary school students. Two types of workshops are available: drawing pictures on crackers made by Matsuzaki Senbei, a long-standing confectionery in Ginza, and filling monaka wafers, a classic Japanese sweet, with red bean jam. This is a valuable chance to enjoy making sweets and experience Japanese food culture. Don't miss this special opportunity.

Monko (incense-smelling) Experience
(Oie-school/Ryurei-seki (table seating) available)

It has been 500 years since tea and incense were first combined as a cultural art form. In Kodo (incense-smelling ceremony), inhaling the scent of the incense is called "listening." Participants "listen" to the scent (monko) of the precious koboku aromatic wood in an experience that combines knowledge and fun. The experience will be accompanied by easily-understood explanations, making it enjoyable for everyone.
